Return/Refund Policy
Should you need to Return a product purchased through The Mystery of History or you desire a Refund, please review our following policies and procedures.
- Returns are acceptable up to 45 days from purchase. Beyond that time period, should you not be interested in keeping your product, we suggest you donate it to a library, school, or church for their use or attempt to resell the product via the MOH Yahoo group.
- For a full Refund on a returned product, the product must be received in good, re-sellable condition (Please - no markings, no bends, no tears, no stains.) If a product is not in good, re-sellable condition, a 50% refund will be granted and the product donated or made available as a “scratch and dent” product for others at a bargain rate.
- All CD’s, CD Roms, and/or DVD’s (Workshops, Reproducibles, Art Paks, Audio Books, or Timeline Figures) must be in original shrink wrap for a full refund. Otherwise, as per standard practice, these electronic products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Should you be dissatisfied with an electronic product already opened, we suggest you donate it as described above or resell the product on the MOH Yahoo group.
- Should you have a defective electronic product, please see our Replacement Policy. We will be happy to accommodate exchanges.
- To return an item, please use the same style of packaging in which it was received. If you received it from us in a padded envelope, please return it in the same. If you received the product in a sturdy box, please return it to us in the same. Please secure the product with packing peanuts, newspaper, or bubble wrap that we might restock the product in good condition for others to enjoy.
- Mainland U.S. Citizens:
Please ship returns to the following address. Upon receipt, and in accordance with the above guidelines, you will be refunded the amount of the product via Pay Pal (or other). In the matter of returns, customer assumes cost of shipping.

- International orders: Customer assumes cost of shipping returned items. Ship to the address listed above. Please include a description of the problem with your return stating the date of original purchase and email address to contact you. Refunds will be made according to policy.
