Curriculum & Support

The Mystery of History Support Team is made up of experienced homeschool teachers.  They are also full-time mothers who volunteer their time to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. Additionally, there are support groups available to further your experience with The Mystery of History. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Should you need to Return a product purchased through The Mystery of History or you desire a Refund, please review our following policies and procedures: Returns are acceptable up to 45 days from purchase. Beyond that time period, should you not be interested in keeping your product, we suggest you donate it to a library, school, or church for their use or attempt to resell the product via the MOH Yahoo group. For a full Refund on a returned product, the product must be received in good, re-sellable condition (Please – no markings, no bends, no tears, no stains.) If a product is not in good, re-sellable condition, a 50% refund will be granted and the product donated or made available as a “scratch and dent” product for others at a bargain rate. All CD’s, CD Roms, and/or DVD’s (Workshops, Reproducibles, Art Paks, Audio Books, or Timeline Figures) must be in original shrink wrap for a full refund. Otherwise, as per standard practice, these electronic products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Should you be dissatisfied with an electronic product already opened, we suggest you donate it as described above or resell the product on the MOH Yahoo group. Should you have a defective electronic product, please see our Replacement Policy. We will be happy to accommodate exchanges. To return an item, please use the same style of packaging in which it was received. If you received it from us in a padded envelope, please return it in the same. If you received the product in a sturdy box, please return it to us in the same. Please secure the product with packing peanuts, newspaper, or bubble wrap that we might restock the product in good condition for others to enjoy. Mainland U.S. Citizens:Please ship returns to the following address. Upon receipt, and in accordance with the above guidelines, you will be refunded the amount of the product via Pay Pal (or other). Should you need to Replace or Exchange a product purchased through The Mystery of History, please review our following policies and procedures. In the event that you receive a product damaged in shipping (ie. cracked CD case or Audio Book case), we will exchange the product for the original if returned within 45 days from purchase. Should you receive a product that is defective in nature we will exchange it if returned within 60 days of original purchase. If a defect is found on a CD from an audio book, we will exchange individual CD’s rather than the entire audio book. The Mystery of History can not assume responsibility for scratches on audio book CD’s that may occur from normal use. However, should you have a scratch that causes skipping, individual replacement CD’s can be purchased for $5 each. Contact MOHshipping@yahoo.com for details. Should you receive an electronic product that is not compatible to your computer’s operating system, we will give you credit for the amount of the product at The Mystery of HistoryOnline Store upon receipt of the product. Rather, email your reason for the return (stating the day it was shipped and a phone number to contact you) to MOHshipping@yahoo.com. We will anticipate the return and respond in accordance with our stated policy. International orders: Customer assumes cost of shipping returned items. Ship to the address listed above. Please include a description of the problem with your return stating the date of original purchase and email address to contact you. Refunds will be made according to stated policy. To receive a full refund on any product, please see our Refund Policy.
